Hoda Tahoun

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Hoda brings decades of executive search and talent advisory experience across luxury hospitality, travel and wellness. She has advised organisations from the outside — combining the discipline of institutional search with the understanding of a genuine industry insider.

Her relationships span the Americas, Europe, North Africa, the GCC and Asia — built over years of working at the intersection of leadership, culture and commercial performance.

Her perspective ensures that every mandate is grounded in the realities of what it takes to lead, perform and transform within luxury, lifestyle and wellness organisations.
